India’s first national cultural congress, the Indian Cultural Congress, organised by various institutions in association with the Department of Cultural Affairs, Government of Kerala, will be held from 20 to 22 December 2025 across multiple venues in Ernakulam, Kerala.

This three-day cultural festival seeks to promote dialogue, fraternity, equality, and peace by creating a shared platform where India’s diverse traditions meet, interact, and evolve. Artists, historians, scholars, and eminent personalities from the socio-political and cultural spheres, along with representatives of various cultural fraternities from across the country, will participate in the congress.

The Indian Cultural Congress 2025 will take place at eight venues in Ernakulam and will feature a rich and diverse programme, including art exhibitions, drama, music, crafts, panel discussions, literature sessions, artistic creation, classical and theatre performances, readings of classics, workshops, lectures, seminars, film screenings, tribal and folk performances, and other popular cultural presentations from different regions of India.
